Set in immaculate and spacious tropical gardens, with a plantation-style Manor House at the centre of the resort, the resort is delightfully casual offering warm Mauritian hospitality.
Despite its grand appearance, the resort is delightfully relaxed. The rooms are decorated in a Mauritian style and situated in the Manor House or in the 'Villa houses', many of which are located steps from the ocean. The rooms are all either garden or sea-facing and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a pleasing balcony or terrace to relax on. Sugar Beach has 5 excellent restaurants which offer beachfront lunches, delicious dinner buffets, a la carte fine dining, and bars with live music and dancing. Other facilities include the award-winning Aura Spa and gymnasium, a wide choice of land and water sports, a recreation counter for land and sea excursions, plus complimentary golf at the Ile aux Cerfs championship course.
