It’s so hard to choose, but Egypt has always held a special place on my travel wishlist. There’s something utterly captivating about its ancient wonders. The thought of standing in the shadow of the Great Pyramids or wandering through the Valley of the Kings feels like stepping into another world. I’ve also always dreamed of cruising the Nile and soaking in the history. I can’t wait to visit this country one day.

Leopards have always been my favourite. Elusive and solitary, they often remain hidden, which makes a sighting feel all the more special. Their golden coats patterned with dark rosettes are the perfect camouflage, showing how well adapted they are to their environment.

As the sun dips below the horizon and the clicks and calls of the bush come alive, there’s nothing better than a chilled Paloma in hand. The refreshing blend of tequila, grapefruit juice, lime, and a touch of salt is the perfect balance of zest and tang to toast the day’s adventure.
