Each of Olinto’s nine pavilions blends Moroccan craftsmanship with European refinement, hand-carved cedar, tadelakt plaster, and Italian textiles to create an atmosphere of effortless sophistication. Private courtyards, roof terraces, and fireplaces make every pavilion a self-contained retreat, while three feature private heated pools for quiet indulgence. The main restaurant showcases seasonal Moroccan and Mediterranean dishes, many sourced from the kitchen garden, served indoors by the fire or beneath pergolas scented with jasmine.
