Made to feel like second class guests by the family of the owner of the hotel because we were unlucky enough to coincide our trip with their stay there also. Rude beyond belief and gave a large South African family the holiday of a lifetime while completely ignoring all other guests who were non South African. Would not return because of this if you paid me to go!!!
