It was OK. Nice enough view, but poor service, and response to a problem I had (broken phone - needed to email my wife. wasn't able to for hours, and in the end I gave up and used a landline to call her)
Our 2 night stay was very pleasant, the food good, the room nice and the staff pleasant. Sitting outside the main area or poolside watching the giraffe graze was a very relaxing way to spend some time. The massage too was very relaxing.
