Situated on Okonjima reserve (home to the Africat Foundation), the exclusive Bush Suite, with only two en-suite bedrooms, is secluded in the thorny, Acacia veld, against the backdrop of the Omboroko Mountains. The suite overlooks a natural waterhole, with passing wildlife often coming down to quench their thirst. Ideal for small groups the suite could easily accommodate a small family. The entrance to the suite is an unusual piece of architecture, with guests entering through a giant, upturned vase.
Spacious interiors are complemented by warm terracotta walls, which add rustic character to this chic property. Guests can expect an extensive lounge area as well as indoor and outdoor, covered dining room as well as a cosy fireplace. Both gas and electric cooking facilities are provided in the kitchen, which also boasts a refrigerator. There is wooden decking on which to sunbathe with a large, inset swimming pool, an excellent place to cool off or top up your tan.
Both of the bedrooms provide fans and air conditioning as well as two queen size beds. The walls are coloured with numerous pictures of big cats and each has its own bathroom and outdoor 'bush' shower.
Not only do you get a private game vehicle and guide to lead you on your game drives but, once you return to the suite, you have a personal host service and chef to look after your every need.
