Ugab Terrace Lodge boasts a unique setting allowing its guests to easily visit Damaraland's tourist attractions like Vingerklip, Twyfelfontein, Brandberg Mountain or the Petrified Forest as well as use the lodge as a stopover on journeys to and from Etosha National Park.
Guests will stay in one of 16 attractively decorated ensuite chalets, each with a spacious veranda allowing you to soak up the magnificent views of the Ugab Terraces.
The lodge's restaurant prepares delicious meals seasoned with aromatic ingredients from the lodge's own herb garden. The stand-out feature of Ugab Terrace Lodge must be its swimming pool, constructed in the rocks at the top of the mountain. It's the perfect spot for taking in the views as well as lounging on a sun-lounger.
Staff are very friendly and there are plenty of outdoor pursuits to keep guests active. The lodge offers several different types of guided Walking Trails from novice to advanced. For the more adventurous the lodge has one of the longest zip lines in the world at 880 metres! At night time, you can treat yourself to some awesome star gazing using the lodges own Celestron Sky Prodigy 6 telescope.
