Discover Desert Quiver Camp

Desert Quiver Camp has a fantastic location at the edge of the Sossusvlei dunes and is the sister property of the Sossusvlei Lodge. The well-spaced uniquely designed self-catering units are simply decorated, the natural hues are in keeping with the environment. The rooms are twin-bedded and each includes a fold-out sleeper couch to accommodate 2 children (under 12) free of charge when sharing with 2 adults.

Each unit also comes with its own shaded patio, equipped with a barbeque facility, fitted kitchenette and seating area. Utility boxes for these kitchens and fresh food can be ordered daily, but you can also stock up before you arrive from the well-stocked shop at the garage in Sesriem about 5km away. If you prefer not to self-cater, you can dine at the Sossusvlei Lodge about a 15-minute drive away. At the main building, you will find a swimming pool and 2 communal boma-areas which are perfect to cater for groups travelling together. There is also a fully stocked bar with a big-screen television. Guests here can also book any of the activities and excursions that are bookable at Sossusvlei Lodge or they can just drive themselves to the dunes.
