The hotel delivers a number of facilities and services - the pool being a striking feature. Ideal for younger guests with a shallow end, the pool is surrounded by lush lawns and is overlooked by the main building. A gym and wellness centre are provided along with an a la carte restaurant decked out in Victorian style. If you're in the mood for some gambling a visit to The Mermaid Casino is worth your time, while only 10 minutes away is an 18-hole golf course.

Holiday to Swakopmund Hotel
Whilst this was a nice hotel it lacked the personal touch that the other hotels had. This is probably due to the location and to do with the size of the hotel. The staff weren’t as friendly or approachable. The rooms were cold, in fact, the hotel in general was not warm. It felt very impersonal.
