Wilderness Mokete, a unique limited-edition camp exclusively available for two years, promises a one-of-a-kind experience in Botswana. Nestled between two national parks in the 50,000-ha Mababe Concession, it enjoys a prime location. Nutrient-rich grasses are sustained by a constant water supply, supporting a rich ecosystem teeming with wildlife, including great herds, an abundance of predators and birdlife. The camp features nine en-suite canvas tents designed for an immersive experience while ensuring a light ecological footprint.

A premier camp in the Natural Selection portfolio, Tawana will open with 8 spacious suites, including three family rooms. The suites stretch to approximately 100-square-metres in size (130-square metres for family units) and offer a separate lounge area and private terrace with a refreshing plunge pool, while the outdoor sala will offer a serene space to relax between excursions. Inspiration for this lodge was drawn from the organic tones and textures of the Botswanan landscape and tribes that call it home.

Wilderness unveiled the refurbished Desert Rhino Camp on 1 July 2024. Established in 2003, this Namibian desert oasis has served not only as a luxury safari experience but also as a vital base for the Save the Rhino Trust’s tracking teams. The colours and textures of the camp's redesign mirror those found in the surrounding stone and rock landscape, while the interior decor strikes a delicate balance between modernity and the past, drawing inspiration from the era of exploration. Extensive shaded areas encircle the camp, ensuring uninterrupted views of the boundless desert horizon.

A new opportunity to experience the wilderness in full is coming to Singita Grumeti in May 2024. Singita Milele, meaning “forever” in Swahili, is an expansive one-of-a-kind private hillside villa in the world-renowned Grumeti Reserve in northern Tanzania. Featuring the highest levels of personalised service, a full-staff complement and private game vehicles to explore the vast plains of the Serengeti, Singita Milele is a remote and ultra-exclusive villa perfect for families or groups travelling. The villa's expansive configuration accommodates up to 10 guests in five individually designed suites.

Great Plains have re-opened their Mara Toto Camp with a new name: Mara Toto Tree Camp. The camp opened its doors in July after the Reserve Collection Camp was completely rebuilt. There is a four tented treehouse suites nestled into the forest canopy of ebony trees in one of the very few hidden places in Kenya's Maasai Mara. It will offer privacy and tranquillity, serving as a haven for just 8 guests at a time, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Constructed from canvas and wood, set on elevated decks, and boasting spacious living areas, it will encourage exploration in its style.
