Thornybush Game Lodge

“Considering the price, the expectations at Thornybush were higher than what we got.
In particular the service (security, butler and ranger) did not respect the standards for a 5 star lodge. Security at night has been called twice (for bats on the bed) and they responded after more than 30 minutes both times (imagine if it was an Emergency...). Butler did not speak an acceptable English. Ranger did not treat our family with fairness (imposed last minute bush walk and early return to the lodge because of other guests private requests to him, which we were not aware of, did not consider at all my two young daughters).”
