Holiday to South Africa
Alasdair Belfast, 21st February 2012This was another well organised Trip prepared by Mahlatini. We had no hitches of any sort, and all was plain sailing. Thank you to Mahlatini of rtheir good groundwork on our behalf. Last time we visited in Novemeber when the flowers were spectacular - this time it was late Summer/early Autumn -a duller time of year to visit South Africa from the point of view of for example Kirstenboch Gardens.

“We stayed in three places:
Cape Town B & B was Cape Riviera - Everything physically GOOD, Staff good, Proprieter insincere throughout. Exemplified by parting shot, when told that we had had an extra lodger(a large and troublesome cockroach) was 'Oh I must clear hiom out' Indeed, and of course no apology and not even a 'NO PROBLEM'!!”
“Superlative guest house that could not be faulted in any way. The tyhree young wome who ran theplace nedd no lessons in any respect - their caring and sensitivity was unsurpassed - we have nver experienced anything like this.”

“Physically everything was perfect, but the place was soulless, and cold. The food was excellent and nicel served and the place was very clean.
They wanted us to move rooms each night (we were there for three nights). The lavatory/WC equipment was faulty the first night - continuous flush wasting water. The chap there couldn't fix it so we had to. They moved us, and then the third night wanted to move us again.
The surroundings were lovely, and we were happy and comfortable there, but you got the feeling of remote control.”
