“Claire and rest of staff have been very helpful and attentive from day one. All inquiries were promptly addressed and I very much appreciated Claire's proactive approach in attempting to stay ahead of any potential issues particularly in these uncertain times. Despite all our efforts we did run into problems in South Africa due to COVID issue which could not have been prevented. Claire worked diligently to make sure that we were taken care of to the best of her ability. She was available, prompt and made the necessary arrangements for us and I absolutely appreciated that. I would have no reservations recommending Mahlatini to anyone interested in holiday travel.”
