Honeymoon to Kenya & Tanzania
Michelle & Mike, 5th September 2021It's difficult to put into words what this trip meant to us. Both of us being on the front lines of the pandemic, having to postpone the trip and change our entire itinerary once meant that we were more than ready to take our honeymoon. This trip far exceeded either of our expectations. The sights we saw and people we met along the way are memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We are already talking about going back to Africa and can't wait to do so.

“In Kenya we found some of the most kind people and stunning views. This is one of our favorite countries that we have ever visited and would definitely return in the future. We loved learning about the tribes and culture in Kenya.”
Tanzania
“While we did not get to explore mainland Tanzania, Zanzibar was absolutely beautiful and full of so much history we were unaware of. We were able to take a guided tour of Prison Island and Stone Town and learn about all of the history of the island, which was fascinating.”

Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp
“I could spend hours raving about Kichwa Tembo. I have never felt more taken care or a sense of family anywhere that I've traveled. We absolutely loved that our room attendant (Kamai), server (Jepko), and safari guide (Benson) stayed with us through the entire trip. They were all amazing, hospitable people, however I have to give Benson a special shoutout here. He was such a joy to spend 4 days on safari with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and ensured that we all had a safe and amazing time. Additionally Rianna checked in on us every evening and kept us up to speed on our flight changes. I can truly not say enough about Kichwa Tembo. I was so sad to leave and would 100% return in the future.”

Because of the pandemic, we had to postpone our trip and change our entire itinerary due to ongoing COVID restrictions at our destination.
