“I started working with Natasha in April 2020 at the height of COVID. She helped us plan our dream trip to a South African Safari and then a beach excursion in Seychelles. Her communication was fantastic and she was extremely patient with all of our questions. She worked tirelessly to secure us the best available rates and helped us maintain our budget but meeting our trip expectations. As the year went on and travel restrictions changed she helped us make amendments to the original trip to maintain its integrity. The last amendment resulted in flipping the direction of the trip which was no small feat given reduced availability and hotels and price increases.
