“We loved our stay at Saruni Mara. The food was delicious and we had attentive service. Our guide was super knowledgeable and helped us see so many incredible animals. Witnessing the Great Migration was amazing. We also loved our hot air balloon experience.”

“This was the most beautiful of the Saruni properties. We only stayed one night here but loved the view, pool, and the dinner in the riverbed.”

“We loved the stay here. The only reason it is not getting 5 stars was the fact we could not do the rhino experience which was our biggest draw to this location. However, the Reteti Elephant sanctuary was a highlight of our trip and a great substitute activity. The staff was incredible and as we were the only people staying for most of our stay, we had the entire place to ourselves. They put together a beautiful candlelit dinner in the rhino conservancy.”

“The view from our hotel room was so beautiful and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The pool and beach were lovely. It was easy to catch the bus to go to other places on Mahe. We did not love the vegetarian food options at the hotel, but there were many other great restaurants on Mahe.”

“Another gorgeous view from our room. Great service. The food was so good - we enjoyed all our meals at the hotel. We loved all the excursions booked through Masons, as well, and it was easy to book them and get to/from the hotel.”
