“Excellent rooms, excellent food, outstanding guide. One minor problem: the staff was slow to respond or unresponsive to certain problems. Our kids' room lacked electricity and it took them 24 hours to take care of it (which was a problem especially for charging phones and camera batteries).”

“This was a superb room in a lovely location. And it was great having a rental car. One bit of advice: Warn people going to South Africa (or is it just Cape Town?) about the load-shedding. It caught us entirely by surprise and the first time came at a really inconvenient time.”
