“Aesthetically and safety this property was great. However, the air conditioning was not really working even after they had came and turned it on. Also the food was quite bad. The spa services were not we hoped for as well.”

“Sand river and the staff was great. The food was excellent and better than we had ever anticipated. However, the far walk to our tent was not comforting and we had hoped to be more in the vicinity of the main camp. Additionally what was the major issue was the shared game drive vehicle. We hadn’t been advised that this would be shared and all other guests seemed to have private. This wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t for the very rude nature of the family of 4 who claimed seats and left stuff on them and made remarks in Spanish about us which was highly uncomfortable and put a damper on the drives. We wish we could’ve been told about the shared drive vehicle and given the option to have private.”
