“Kichwa Tembo has forever changed my life. The people working there truly care about every single guest! All of the staff try to get to know you and make sure you are having a great stay. The rooms are beautiful, the camp setup is AMAZING, the pool perfectly overlooks the Maasai Mara, and the staff is the BEST PART. They are all so incredibly amazing and accommodating. The chef goes to every single person during meal times to make sure you are enjoying the food and if you have any dietary restrictions they will make you something to meet your needs! I will never forget my stay here and I cannot wait to return.”

“This place goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a wonderful stay! The rooms were great, the resort is stunning, and there’s always something to do! Dinner is always accompanied by a show and the buffet is like no other! The food is FANTASTIC here! Everyone we met told us we were staying at the best luxury resort on the island and they weren’t lying!!! There was no reason for us to ever leave the resort (besides for excursions)! We loved it here.”

“The team was very helpful in the planning process. Kitty was our travel expert after our original one left. However, some things did get lost in translation to us. For example, it was never communicated to us that our seats on the plane weren’t chosen until a few weeks before we left. We assumed for the large sum of money paid, the company would choose seats together for us! We got lucky and were still able to do this, but of course, for an additional cost. We also had a small issue with our hotel accommodation being changed without us being notified, however, this was for our safety due to protests and we were understanding of that.”
