We're so glad we decided to do this trip and choose Mahlatini to coordinate our honeymoon. We did so much and saw so many wonderful things. Everything went extremely smooth from start to finish thanks to all the coordinating of the Mahlatini team. We were very sad to return home.

“We loved our stay at Shanti Maurice!!! Beautiful and relaxing, the villa was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The butler was extremely helpful in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We really enjoyed the restaurants on site- we got a chance to try all of them during our stay and it was easy to make reservations. The food was delicious and the range of cuisines was nice to have variety. All the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The property and beach offer beautiful views- we really enjoyed having chairs reserved for villas. We never needed to worry about rushing to make sure there were lounge chairs available. The spa services were great too.”

“Just a quick stopover on our way to safari camp - got the job done. A nice breakfast was offered before we departed and it was comfortable for a quick 1 night stay. We knew we weren't looking for anything luxurious for this part of the trip, met our expectations.”
Elewana Loisaba Tented Camp
“Our favorite stay while in Kenya!! The way the camp is laid out offers gorgeous views over the landscape and watering hole below. The staff here were also extremely welcoming and kind. Our guide was so personable and knowledgeable about the animals, land, and answering all our questions to learn about the culture. We miss him dearly! Our tent was comfortable and spacious and we loved waking up to the sunrise view everyday. This property had our favorite food program- all of the meals were really wonderful, fresh, and delicious. They also had a great bar/beverage program and coordinated their bush breakfasts/sundowners very thoughtfully.”

“Super unique opportunity! Glad we tried it out for one night. We were not so lucky with the weather, but regardless it was a very cool experience. It was nice how quiet this property was compared to their Tented Camp. Again, very welcoming and accommodating staff. It was definitely something we'll remember for a long time being able to experience the outdoors in that way. This location was also set up thoughtfully with really gorgeous views of the landscape and animals right from the room. And we were very pleased to keep eating more of their outstanding food!”
Ol Seki Hemingways Mara
“The tented room was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. We missed the sunrise views of Elewana each morning but it was still a beautiful view of the landscape and we heard so many lions! The bar was set so high for the food program at Elewana that we thought Hemingways fell a little short. Regardless we had a great time. The staff were so kind and thoughtful here. We had fun getting to know our guide and learned even more about Kenyan culture from several of the staff there as well. We really enjoyed the private dinner they offered for honeymooners- that was a lovely touch and the best meal we had while at this property. We enjoyed our time with another great and knowledgeable guide who was very invested in helping us to see all the animals we wanted- we saw so much while on this leg of the trip. We liked the opportunity to do a night time game drive here as well.”
