“Natasha has been excellent, all questions answered effectively. Great to be met airside, especially when our return flights were disrupted so international flights had to be rebooked - Kelvin still met us and took us to the hastily booked hotel - a comfort to be in such good hands late at night somewhere we were unfamiliar with.
Pre-trip information was good but the travel directions [from Google] were not helpful - the GPS references did not match the format required for the Garmin system and in some cases they were not accurate [especially trying to locate the Plettenberg Hotel] which did not seem to be signposted from the main road either.”
