“Excellent. We really appreciated how thoughtful and informative Donna was. She gave us a ton of guidance on where to stay, what we'd see, and so on. Our calls were all very helpful and informative. Donna was opinionated and gave us useful tips but was also very accommodating of our needs and wishes. Donna was able to accommodate some last-minute updates on things like excess luggage weight. Desiree was also really helpful, sending us a lot of useful information about our trip, from visa planning to a tipping guide. One thing we really appreciated was that all of the information they sent included the Maldives. Even though we did not book the Maldives as part of the trip via Mahlatini, they knew we were going and included the Maldives country guide with the information packet, which we thought was super thoughtful.
