L’Escale Resort Marina & Spa
“Our room was amazing, however, the service at this place was horrendous. I would not recommend staying here. The service for meals was extremely slow (even with African island standards) and the food was mediocre and the most expensive of any meal we had during our stay in the Seychelles. We had an early check-out (6:30 am) and were told we could have a “to-go” breakfast. In the morning, there was one person that was responsible for making our breakfast (and she said she wasn’t familiar with the coffee machine so she could only give us instant coffee), checking us out/finalizing our bill, and assisting us with our luggage (it was pouring down rain and we ended up taking care of our own luggage). This is not what was expected of a so-called 5-star facility.”

“Excellent! The only suggestion is to improve the breakfast variety. The breakfast buffet was limited and it always looked like they needed to “re-stock” the buffet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the service was good.”
Mango House Seychelles
“Great hotel - but the “reception” desk/guest services rarely answered their phone, so it was difficult to get assistance from the desk. All of the staff (outside of guest relations) were very helpful, courteous, friendly and seemed happy to be working there. Big shout-out goes to Chef Mortada. He was amazing and was very “visible” during our 6-day stay and always asked if we were happy with our meals and if he could do anything for us. He was very “hands-on”.”
