“Thank you Kitty for everything! It was a trip of a lifetime and we will have memories from it for the rest of our lives. We really appreciated that all of the accommodations were top notch and it was so helpful to have people meet us from the time we stepped off the plane. We never had to figure out where we needed to be or what we needed to do. So well planned out! We have two minor things to mention: 1) We did find the suggested tipping guides that Madikwe and Phinda gave us were significantly higher than the tipping guide that Mahlatini provided us. Just thought you might want to know that-- and maybe you do know that but think their rates are too high. We did end up tipping what they suggested but just had to arrange to get more cash. 2). The transport from Richards Bay to Phinda was completely fine, but not to the caliber of other transports we had during the trip. For example no water provided and vans were not the nicest. Again - not a big deal at all but just wanted to mention that maybe doing the And Beyond transports instead might be a better option. Thank you again so much for everything! It was truly the best trip we have ever taken and was the perfect way to celebrate our 30th anniversary.”
