The trip itself spanned very different environments—from Breezes in Zanzibar to &Beyond in the Masai Mara—and while not every aspect of the on-the-ground experience was seamless, what stood out most was the consistent, responsive support I received through Mahlatini. Claire worked through every challenge with professionalism, calm, and persistence, ensuring that concerns were addressed and that the overall journey remained meaningful, memorable, and well cared for.
