Jack Bleck, 25th December 2025Overall experience was so memorable. The biggest challenge was the high level of logistics with our itinerary, and everything worked so smoothly and easily. Mahlatini ensured that there was always someone available to meet us, or guide us to our places we were visiting, or assist with airport transfers and security - that truly made the experience so stress-free and enjoyable! They also arranged very knowledgeable guides and experienced drivers, which made visiting and experiencing the sites on our itinerary so much more enjoyable and comfortable.

“A beautiful, traditionally designed and historic hotel that we loved. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the dining options were very good. The hotel grounds and amenities were excellent.”
Rajmahal Palace RAAS Jaipur
“This was a special place to visit, since it is owned by the Royal Family of Jaipur, which enabled us special access to certain private sections of the Jaipur City Palace. Our accommodations were nice. The hotel seemed a little too quiet, as if it didn't have full occupancy, but otherwise the staff were very welcoming and helpful.”
Oberoi Amarvilas
“We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor with a wrap-around balcony and direct view of the Taj Mahal. It was one of the most spectacular settings and the suite (which had 2 bathrooms!) was so beautiful, well designed and comfortable. Dining was exceptionally good, and each member of the Oberoi staff are so incredibly warm and welcoming, very friendly, extremely professional. This place is perfect, and there was nothing wrong with any part of our experience staying there. In fact, we wished we could have stayed several nights at the Oberoi because it is such an amazing and perfect experience!”
Gateway Aurangabad Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar
“The Gateway is a lovely hotel that is neatly situated in the middle of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, which made it excellent as a launch point for our nearby visits to Ajanta and Ellora Caves. The hotel offered decent amenities and dining, but the hotel itself and the rooms probably need an upgrade and refurbishment to make it a truly first-class hotel experience.”
The Leela Mumbai
“An excellent destination that is very conveniently close to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, but unfortunately not close to many of the most desirable sites to visit in Mumbai, so driving to these places involved longer distances in heavy Mumbai traffic. But the hotel room itself is so beautifully appointed, with very comfortable amenities, especially the large bathroom suite with double shower and enormous bathtub! Oddly, the shops in the hotel all seemed to be closed for renovation (?), but the dining options were excellent.”

“Michael Calvert is especially professional, highly responsive and listened to what our interests were when planning our itinerary and places we wanted to see. He followed up with us regularly and frequently prior to and during our travel to ensure we had everything we needed, and he was always available if we encountered any problems (which we didn't!!).”
