“Everyone was very professional. Caroline did an excellent job of listening to our desires and needs and creating an unforgettable trip. Our luggage was delayed when we arrived in Nairobi, but the Cheli & Peacock staff helped us initiate the lost luggage claim with British Airways and collected our luggage when it finally arrived. That was very helpful. All transfers went smoothly and efficiently.”
