Everything was so well organised from start to finish, and we were amazed by how seamlessly every transfer and detail came together. It’s clear that a trip like this takes so many people working behind the scenes, but everything felt effortless, which allowed us to just enjoy every moment. “Saruni Samburu was the first stop on our honeymoon, and we could not have been more impressed. From the incredible food and unforgettable wildlife to the warmth of the people, every part of our stay was exceptional. Staying on the mountain was such a unique experience, and we loved looking out with the binoculars and spotting elephants, giraffes, and other incredible animals right from camp. Every game drive felt thoughtfully tailored to give us the best experience possible, and the night drive was one of the highlights of our stay. Our guide and server quickly felt like family, and after just three days together, saying goodbye brought us to tears. Everyone welcomed us into their culture with such kindness and gave us a deeper appreciation for the beauty of Samburu. What stood out most was how much everyone genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. That level of care is something we will always remember and truly appreciate. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget.”

“Leopard Hill felt like such a unique experience compared to Saruni Samburu because of the completely different terrain. Being in the savannah made us feel like we were truly camping in a whole new way. Sitting at lunch and seeing giraffes, elephants, and zebras so close to us was such an incredible adventure. The food was outstanding, and we loved seeing the connection between our first Saruni property and our second. Both camps are so thoughtfully run, and we were once again incredibly impressed by the level of service and care. Adding the hot air balloon experience was truly a bucket list moment, and our tent was absolutely stunning. Stargazing was epic. The camp itself creates such a special atmosphere where you can relax, connect with others, and truly enjoy every moment.”
