Honeymoon to South Africa & Mauritius
Anonymous, 28th May 2014The service and advice that we received from Mahlatini was excellent. Adam put together a first class itinerary for us which was faultless. Exeter River Lodge at Sabi Sands was stunning and the staff at the lodge were fabulous. Our safari was exciting, memorable and relaxing. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. The Four Seasons in Mauritius was beautiful and a lovely relaxing end to our honeymoon. Despite several problems at the beginning of our stay with the service, we had a wonderful time. They were quick to apologise and did everything they could to address the issues. It was a perfect setting for a romantic honeymoon! Thank you, Mahlatini!

“The accommodation itself is exceptional. The layout of the hotel is fantastic - the beaches, the villas, the main entrance etc. However, we had several problems with the level of service we received at the beginning - waiting for a very long time for room service despite calling 3 times etc. We also had a problem with work men on the roof of the villa next door - when I was in the shower which is totally glass .....! When we spoke to the management, they were quick to apologise and make our stay enjoyable. We had a really wonderful time but would consider staying somewhere else if we go back to Mauritius.”
