“The Manor treated me with the most exceptional service I received on my entire trip! When I came back from my game drive I only mentioned that I wanted a nice bath. Before I reached my room a hot bath was being run for me with bubbles and rose petals! When I asked to eat dinner on the terrace so that I could enjoy the stars my waiter set a special table with flowers and candles! Anything I desired they were only too happy to oblige!”

“Incredible service with my waiter placing my table with different views to add to my enjoyment of game viewing from the lodge. Decor in room was not to my liking--there was not a comfortable chair to sit in! Also, I did not appreciate being on game drive with couple with two teenagers who would not shut up!!”

“The most comfortable and tastefully decorated tent on my entire trip. Food was far too spicy and made me incredibly sick. I could not eat dinner my second night at all. Holly and Ben were wonderful and saw that I had a tray with tea and toast in my room.”

“Jamie's overall design of my trip with an emphasis on game viewing proved a resounding success. My only problem was the group I was placed with to cross the border into Kenya only to be flown to an airstrip 2 hours by jeep from Mara Plains Camp when there was an airstrip at Mara Plains!”
