Overall Impressions

Well planned. Safari destinations were great.

Countries Visited

Tanzania

Definitely 3rd world (as expected) but the people were wonderful and the country was beautiful. Transfers were well coordinated with dedicated assistance at every step along the way.

Accommodation Visited

Mount Meru Hotel

Hotel was fine. Dinner was supposed to be included but was not.

Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater Camp

Incredibly warm, friendly staff who took care of every detail. Accommodations were as wonderful as one could expect for "Glamping" - basically, upscale hotel rooms with canvas walls and zippered doors. Joseph was a great guide.

Sanctuary Swala Camp

Incredibly warm, friendly staff who took care of every detail. Accommodations were as great as one could expect for "Glamping"- basically, upscale hotel rooms with canvas walls and zippered doors. Ziegfried (sp?) was a great guide.

Sanctuary Serengeti Migration Camp

Incredibly warm, friendly staff who took care of every detail. Accommodations were as great as one could expect for "Glamping"- basically, upscale hotel rooms with canvas walls and zippered doors. Emanual was a great guide. His extensive knowledge of animal behavior allowed us to see animals in their habitat that others did not.

Staff Review

Claire/Mahlatini planned a great trip. There were some attention to detail issues with names and inclusion details, but they were quick to fix it. Some details re Swala camp (infinity pool) are no longer accurate. Mahlatini was always very responsive to correct any discrepancies. I would not hesitate to use them again.
