Trip of a lifetime!
Beautiful scenery, amazing food but didn't feel overwhelmingly safe at times. Stellenbosch and Francshoek, although last minute, was an awesome day trip. We all said we could have stayed out there for 2-3 days. The boys LOVED the shark diving too!
Such raw and precious people. Loved the falls and the canyon helicopter ride was sensational. Zambezi river cruise was excellent and different also.
Beautiful country, amazing animals, great people.
This had everything we needed and more. The food and rooms were first class! The G&T's from Athol were talked about our whole trip. Heated floor tiles - amazing! Such a shame we couldn't spend longer at this hotel.
Well appointed but a few things seemed odd, like no TV in the bedroom and shutter doors on the bathrooms so you could hear everything... plus they didn't have a bar :( The staff here though were very accommodating and helpful and I loved the breakfast room!
AMAZING - loved this place - the service was outstanding. Alan our guide was awesome and fun. The extras such as the BBQ lunch on the island and the Happy Birthday cake well not taken for granted. Thank you.
This place was a great start to our safari - the national park was obviously open to more people but we got to see 4 of the big 5 in one day here. We had the best guide 'Letts' of all our safaris here - so knowledgable, alert, humorous and a legend amongst his peers for sure.
This place felt like we were worlds away from everything. Despite the drought the game viewing was excellent, even to the point where a promiscuous elephant almost stampeded our final nights dinner. Loved the tents and 'glamping'. The staff here went out of their way to make us feel special.
Nicki organised a fabulous trip and accommodated our every need leading up to and during our holiday (booking our wine tour and guide for us at a whim in particular). Would highly recommend the personalised service and the electronic itineraries (that blew us away) that Mahlatini offer. 110% happy with our trip and agent!
