Overall Impressions

Countries Visited

The diversity of people, topography and properties was really interesting and exciting. The people we met, whether staff at the properties, merchants, restaurants and the like were very welcoming, sincere and friendly. We were particularly aware of the pride Tanzanians have in their country, communities and culture. The attentiveness to make our stay was incredible. We always felt pampered and safe.

Accommodation Visited

Arusha Coffee Lodge

We stayed at this property at the beginning of the trip and the stay was short. We did indulge ourselves at the sopa which was a nice treat after a long trip over from the U.S.

Tarangire Treetops

This site felt like an adult Disney World, the Swiss Family Robinson Tree House specifically.

The Manor at Ngorongoro

The manor was the height of luxury on the trip. The proprietors, fellow guests, the staff and the manor itself were very accommodating and relaxing.

Legendary Serengeti Camp

The camp was very good. The animal drives were challenging in that we were head of an semblance of migrations. Nonetheless, we did a lot of exploration with our guides and found some real interesting viewings.

Mwiba Lodge

The lodge itself was enjoyable. We were at the end of our trip and really did not take advantage of what the property offered.

Staff Review

We have traveled to over 40 countries and have worked with many travel agents. By far, Monique was heads above all else. Her title of Travel EXPERT is appropriate. When planning our trip, Monique was very informative and gave us comfort and assurances that the details were well planned and that we would truly relax and enjoy the trip. Additionally, Monique stayed in communication with us and, in particular, took personal interest in our comfort and confidence in this extraordinary experience. Simply put, she is the best we have ever worked with.
