The locale of the Zambezi sun was unbeatable, just great.
Obviously the Falls were a highlight!
The lunch on Livingstone Island was brilliant and swimming in the devils pool was fun.
The game drives at Chobe were excellent - special mention to Stanley who was first class.
Spot on - no frills. Only complaint would be re the lack of bottled water - seemed to be a missioneach time to attain. Also at breakfast, free pour juice would be better than trying to cacth staff!
Accom as again no frills and location was excellent for the National Park.
The buffet food was dire - repetitive and way below expectation. Bottled water being "reverse osmosis" is not ideal either.
The final boat safari we did was very poor - we were put with a large and very noisy private party of locals. It ruined it for us. Screaming babies and they were allowed to take alcohol on to the boat which made it more of a booze cruise for them which was odd given they had minors in their group too !! As I say, it ruined it for all the tourists on board that trip. The guide was frustrated and ended up arguing with the private party, We did request a seperate boat prior but were told just to get on. It was a shame that our final activity was this one. Hopefully this feedback may help avoid a similar occurence. I'm not sure what we effectively paid for that boat safari, but it was a waste of money and time!
Response times were quick and the staff we had contact with were all knowledgeable and helpful.
