Amazing trip for us all. Lots of young animals- from cheetas to zebras to foxes and elephants- made it more fun.
More animals than imaginable. Each individual location also had different animals and atmosphere so that each one provided a different experience. The people from Tanzania were so lovely to us.
amazing hospitality, loved the butler service, fireplace in the room, gracious food. Our breakfast outside near the hippos was a special treat.
The animals during the migration were mesmerizing. The guide was fantastic, the camp manager spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with everything. The butler washed our clothes, made sure the showers were the best temperature; eating outside was so fun. The hot water bottles put into the beds to warm them was just one of many beautiful touches of comfort.
The monkeys and baboons were an unexpected treat. Wonderful although our least favorite spot of the 3.

I was a little concerned about not using a local American travel agent and Mahlatini did not have a strong presence on line. But Jamie was accessible and responsive. Every single detail was planned to perfection. We were greeted at each location and never had to show any documentation of payment, every pick up at the airport and hotel and even bush plane flight was exactly on time and every single detail went flawlessly. The itinerary was perfect with the number of days at each location (2 days at the Crater, 3 days in a tent camp and 2 days at the Tree Lodge) was just right. Clearly your organization understood the details on how to plan a trip like this. When I was trying to wire the money for the trip on a Saturday from my bank, we were able to easily contact someone in the office to help us. Each of the locations were just lovely , the food was great at each place and it was great to have them all-inclusive. The butler service at each place (except Arusha of course) was unbelievable. Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime (and we have traveled extensively!). I cannot think of a single thing to improve!
