The trip was better than expected, from the start. We could not have imagined how informative and knowledgeable the guides would have been at Dulini.A great start, and it continued.
The weather was terrific, but we were surprised how easy and comfortable it was to get around. No problems walking the streets, as we might have expected, and the sights and scenery were beautiful, maybe not Robben Island, but that had to be seen ,but the Cape, Cape Point, the Winelands and Plettenburg Bay were all spectacular
Looked after us very well...indeed..with a Champagne dinner on the last night. The lodge is small, 12 people max, and this makes for a necessary mix,and great atmosphere. Food good and personnel great, went to great lengths to recover my luggage left in paris on the outward flight.
Hotel was not busy, in fact very quiet. This spoiled the atmosphere. Quality of everything was excellent but not much communication.
Again the hotel pursued a policy of keeping guests apart, so there was no in-house chat, even at breakfast. Very comfortable room, modest breakfast, and ate out in the evenings, in very good restaurants recommended by the management
Villa Rosso 5
A lovely big villa, very well located in Plettenburg Bay, with a delightful young lady to look after us in the house.

Could not have done better. What more can I say.
