Nyungwe Forest Lodge

Found in the south west of Rwanda and on the outskirts of Nyungwe Forest National Park, lies One&Only Nyungwe House, an excellent base from which to explore all the National Park has to offer including wild chimpanzees. As mankind's closest relative, watching their social interactions is a fascinating if not a little poignant at times. The lodge overlooks a tea plantation and the vast forest canopy, surrounded by the sounds of hundreds of different bird species.
