The 30 spacious and exclusive thatched villas all have private infinity pools and are designed for premium hospitality, including dedicated butler service. Maia Signature Villas are located either on the hilltop or closer to the beach and are ideal for families or larger groups travelling together; some even have direct access to the soft white sands of Anse Louis beach. Ocean Panoramic Villas offer more privacy with more elevated views for sweeping panoramic ocean vistas and are perfect for couples - whether on luxury Seychelles honeymoon or celebrating a special anniversary.

All villas have infinity pool and spa bath, two separate outdoor pavilions, state of the art entertainment system, Hermes amenities, plus mini-bar customised on arrival to your personal preference. The villas are set within award winning gardens which include over 300 species of plants and flowers to further the tropical ambience.

The Maia resort and our butler Michelle, the food was amazing, the view was amazing, we visited multiple islands by boat and helicopter and snorkeling on a remote island, and visited the downtown, what an amazing experience! And the unique islander /African vibe was almost more like Jamaica! What an amazing experience. The two perhaps petty complaints I have about the Maia are 1-upon check out our flight was around…
