Embracing nature and its natural surroundings, Zil Pasyon offers real seclusion with just thirty luxuriously appointed pool villas set within the spectacular tropical landscape, complimented by the renowned Six Senses service and hospitality. The majority of villas offer high levels of privacy, fabulous ocean views and are extremely spacious at 175-200m²; they also feature huge expansive windows which open to connect with the outside deck, large infinity pool (20m²) and dining area. If you're on the west side, you'll enjoy gorgeous sunsets over Praslin island.
A Seychelles holiday at Six Senses Zil Pasyon is very much about the whole 'island experience' - this includes 24-hour butler service to ensure your stay is customised to exactly as you would like it. While 24-hour in-villa dining is an option, there is a kaleidoscope of other dining and beverage venues: the Island Café offers breakfast and dinner with European, African and Asian flavours as well as drinks and snacks throughout the day; the Ocean Kitchen offers fresh and simple fish from local waters for lunch and dinner; the Chef's Kitchen is an intimate live cooking table for a maximum of six guests who can interact with the chef as their meal is prepared; while the Wine Vault affords a private fine dining experience for two to eight guests. Last, but by no means least, take in the delectable flavours offered by the ice cream bike - homemade and using the freshest local ingredients, selections change daily!
One of the key highlights of Six Senses Zil Pasyon is the truly magnificent spa, perched above the sparkling ocean between giant granite boulders. In this idyllic setting, with the sound of the sea all around, expert therapists offer a range of wellness, beauty and rejuvenation treatments; combining detailed consultations and thorough nutritional advice, they devise highly personalised, tailored programmes. There is also a hammam, sauna, steam room as well as a yoga pavilion and a separate fitness centre features with the latest cardio equipment. Be sure to leave time for a spa treatment (or two!) during your stay.
For the perfect luxury Seychelles family holiday, younger guests (4-12 years) have the Grow with Six Senses programme of educational supervised activities to keep them intrigued. They can shadow a chef and enjoy a culinary experience, learn local Creole dances, try their hand at coconut bowling on the beach, check their ice cream knowledge with blind-folded ice cream tasting - the list goes on! Plus, the resort provides unique plantable coloured pencils which hold a seed on a water-soluble casing. So, after finishing colouring, children can plant their pencils which will then grow into a herb or flower.
Zil Pasyon's Experience Centre provides a range of sport and leisure facilities in addition to fishing trips and (PADI) diving. As well as water sports activities including snorkelling, sailing, kayaking and paddle boards, staff can arrange guided walking trails around Félicité, bird-spotting trips to nearby Aride Island, cycling tours of La Digue Island, plus cooking classes hosted by the resort's chefs. Day excursions can also be taken to La Digue and be sure to take the chance of some spectacular snorkelling around the crystal-clear waters of the nearby Grand Soeur islands and the Coco Island Marine Reserve.
Of course, any stay at Six Senses Zil Pasyon should not ignore its pristine white sand beaches. Anse Peniche is great for swimming; Anse La Coeur has superb snorkelling; while for a longer day on the beach, pick up a picnic lunch and head to the far end of Grand Anse. For a memorable special occasion, enjoy an amazing 'sunset on the rocks' experience high above the resort. Perfect for honeymoon or anniversary celebrations, staff will set-up everything including your own relaxing bean bags and Champagne cocktails!
The Six Senses ethos is very much about conserving the environment. It is passionate about sustainability policies, many of which you'll see on the island - from its own drinking water bottling plant, heat recovery water heaters to the fast growing organic farm; they are even growing their own coral!
