Review of Amakhosi Safari Lodge

Helen & Colin Sant

Only complaint bedrooms and dining room cold otherwise amazing, game drives with head ranger outstanding and at times very amusing if worrying when a herd of 30 elephants pass when barbecuing meat! The amusement was the reaction of the trainee tracker who moved back to the vehicle quicker than us. Once again amazing knowledge staff.

Review of Amakhosi Safari Lodge

Alison Diskin & Mark Bradley

Where to start? Brilliant accommodation, a whole house rather than just a room, and where else could you sit on your own veranda and watch hippos grazing beneath in the garden? Great location, lovely friendly staff, great food ( best breakfasts we had in SA,} great guide and tracker who worked really hard to find everything that the guests wanted to see, fantastic game viewing. We loved the sundowners…
