Arathusa Safari Lodge is located within the northern sector of the coveted Sabi Sand Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park. The landscape is rich and varied ensuring interesting sights around each corner.
Arathusa Safari Lodge offers 9 thatched standard rooms with a verandah for optimum enjoyment of the surrounding wilds. There are also 4 luxury rooms. These remote and exclusive units are further removed from the main camp facilities, and have their own private plunge pools and lounge areas.
The camp is designed in harmony with the adjacent waterhole and African bush. The main living area is intended for comfort, an infinity swimming pool overlooks the waterhole and is the perfect spot for wildlife viewing on a smouldering African summer afternoon. A traditional open-air boma presents guests with a novel way of appreciating an enjoyable meal under the stars.

LOVE This hotel. Their newly renovated luxary rooms are amazing. We had originally requested a luxary room the entire time but at the time of booking only a standard was available. Suggest for future similar situations that a follow up with the hotel prior to departure to see if a luxary room is available. I asked on the last day and they were able to move us into one of their newly renovated rooms, and I was beyond thrilled. New big things are coming for this hotel. Loved it~!!! Can't wait to go back!Read full trip review

Staying at the Arathusa safari lodge was a highlight of our trip, when we arrived we were expecting quite basic accommodation but the lodge was amazing and not basic at all. The lodge we stayed in was stunning and this was just the standard lodge. The whole place had a great atmosphere and the food was amazing. I would definitely say you will not go hungry at Arathusa and I tried so many new foods, all delicious. The safari drives were great, our ranger was brilliant and we saw some amazing animals. My stay here so far has been the best holiday experience I have ever had not just because of the safari but the staff, accommodation and the food. We will definitely go back to Arathusa some day.Read full trip review
