Beautiful! The staff could not have been more helpful, welcoming and friendly. The attention to detail was beyond our expectations and we were made to feel very special and individual. The food was absolutely wonderful too.

Katie and Chris's room was comfortable but Janet and Don had several problems with their newly refurbished room. The staff tried hard to resolve problems that we highlighted (the safe ,television and the coffee maker were fixed but the heater/ air conditioner unit could not be fixed so they supplied a mobile fan heater). Our main worry was that the newly constructed wooden steps leading to the room felt unsafe (they were unlit and had splinters). The breakfasts were good again.

From the moment we arrived we were made feel extremely welcome. Room and bathroom were beautiful and staff were extremely efficient friendly and helpful and looked after all our needs organising trips recommending dinner locations. The 6 o'clock drinks and canopes were also a really nice touch as you got a good chance to meet and chat with other guests. Rose petals and sparkling wine on our last night was the perfect touch.

Although they were going through a refurb at the time disruption to guests was minimal. Very friendly team.

Cape Cadogan is a beautiful hotel with a very warm, inviting feel to it. It is in a great location near Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront which was great. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view overlooking the mountain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They advised us on places to visit and organised tours and booked us meals at some fantastic restaurants. One evening they also decorated our room with rose petals and provided us with a free bottle of bubbly which was a really special touch. The breakfasts were also the best I have ever had in a hotel!

An absolutely wonderful hotel. We received in free upgrade to the presidential suite which was fabulous...a private terrace with our own pool, a lovely fire in the bedroom. The service was wonderful, every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special.

Beautiful bed and breakfast, friendly staff (very helpful in planning our time in Cape Town), delicious breakfast every morning . Staff helped to make our honeymoon very special including surprising us with champagne and roses on our bed.
