Once you have experienced a stay at Leadwood Lodge you'll be longing to take root there as deeply as the ancient trees after which the Lodge is named. Home to a diverse range of African wildlife which is able to move freely between the Sabi Sands Game Reserve and the Kruger National Park, the area allows for some memorable game viewing, as well as over 300 species of birdlife.
With only four suites carefully distanced from each other, Leadwood is ideal for families or parties of friends who want to share their safari experiences without intruding on each other's privacy. Each luxurious suite boasts a fireplace, sitting room and private pool, surrounded by a wooden deck.
Dinner is served in enchanting settings, adding romance to magical African evenings. Meals are shared on an open deck tucked beneath the boughs of a jackalberry tree or around a roaring fire in the open-air boma.
A 5 hour drive on good roads from Johannesburg and 2 -3 hours from Kruger Mpumalanga Airport. Federal Air operates daily flights from Johannesburg to Ulusaba airstrip, followed by an easy game drive to the lodge.
Game drives, exciting nocturnal safaris, bush walks and bird watching.

Review of Dulini Leadwood Lodge
Insane experience overall.
It was great to experience a different lodge. Both were different and both were incredible. Staff were so friendly. Our guide Jono and tracker Christopher were our best friends.
