Within only half an hour drive you can witness the spectacular Panorama Route which includes Pilgrims Rest, Graskop, Bourkesluck Potholes, God's Window, and the Blyde River Canyon as well as the many fantastic waterfalls of the surrounding area.

Drive time from Johannesburg is approximately 5 hours and it is approximately 45 min drive from the Kruger Mpumalanga Airport.

The customer service was fantastic. The only negative is the food. It seems that instead of staying with the local foods of southern Africa they are trying to accommodate international tasted and creating Asian, Mediterranean, and Pizza which is not very good. I lost six pounds on the trip.

Very nice location. We loved our river chalet with the deck overlooking the river and Elephant Whispers. The room itself was average. No phones in the room. Cleanliness was average but we had no problem staying there with Elephant Whispers being next door. Most of the staff were very friendly and kind. The Shangaan dinner experience was okay.
