Kensington Place was a perfectly wonderful boutique hotel - very clean, amazing service, very good breakfast, very secure. The only issue (which is not the hotel's fault at all) is that our room was right next to their fence, and there was, what the hotel staff called "the mad man" outside our wall ranting during the night which woke us up and really scared us.
