Lion Sands Private Game Reserve is located in the world famous Sabi Sand Game Reserve forming part of the greater Kruger National Park. River Lodge has been built on the banks of the Sabie River, positioned on a site with trees dating back 800 years.

Lodge was beautiful, we had animals in our backyard. Again food was amazing & staff was accommodating.
We actually stayed at Ivory Lodge as we were upgraded due to a fire at River Lodge. I honestly don't have the words to describe this place! I could cry thinking about it!!
