All 7 rooms and MannaBay's 1 suite sport exceptional city or mountain views as well as individual designs that define each room, ranging from the oriental to the classical French styling of the Versailles Suite. A small hotel, MannaBay only has room for 16 guests, providing a more intimate and exclusive stay. All accommodation options are en-suite and feature walk-in showers. You can also expect flat screen TVs, air conditioning, WiFi, underfloor heating, GHD straighteners, block out blinds and much more besides. Notably the Pom Pom room has a private courtyard garden with its own plunge pool and its garden is frequented by a local porcupine!

Facilities at this luxury property are superb and leave little to be desired. Guests can do work out in the well-equipped gym or relax by the outdoor pool and the wooden sundeck which offer views of Cape Town's skyline. There is also a daily High Tea, a library of African travel literature, a 24-hour butler service and generous touches like complimentary dinner, house drinks and airport transfers.

Breakfast includes an array of cereals, fruit and pastries from The MannaBay Café and a choice of hot breakfasts to order. Complimentary teas and coffees, as well as local beverages and house wines are available throughout the day to enjoy by the pool or the rooftop bar. Something to look forward to after dinner is the whisky and sherry served on the high tea table, along with nougat and chocolates. There are some great restaurants and cafes in Cape Town for lunch and dinner (complimentary dinner transfers are offered) or alternatively MannaBay can arrange in-house dining in the comfort of the dining room.

Getting There

At the foot of Table Mountain in Cape Town's Oranjezicht suburb. Manna Bay is just a 5 minute drive into central Cape Town and 20 - 30 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic).


From the grounds of the hotel you can walk directly into the Table Mountain National Park. The city-centre is 5 minutes' drive away and its approximately 10 minutes' drive to the Waterfront, cable car or Camps Bay/Clifton beaches.
