Summerfields Rose Retreat & Spa

Summerfields Rose Retreat and Spa is found on the 100 hectare Summerfields Rose Farm in Mpumalanga. The farm is synonymous with rose, tea and macadamia nut production and offers a quaint setting for guests to enjoy. Nestled in a beautiful valley the property is only 10km from the Kruger and the chance to see the famous Big 5; lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and buffalo.

With only 12 suites intimacy and privacy are ensured. Guests can expect wonderful views of the Sabie River from the tent's decking and comfortable interiors. All tents are air-conditioned and possess a roof fan. The units are nicely furnished and strike a charming balance between tented experience and luxury room, with canvas walls juxtaposing a private fridge, wooden floors and relaxing baths and outdoor showers. While guests are at dinner, on request, staff will run a rose scented bath, perfect for couples and a romantic evening. Larger groups or families can make use of The Stone House. The house sleeps up to 6 people, with two single beds, one double and one king size bed.

The property's spa presents a number of facilities, including a steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool, and a variety of treatments to ease guests' aches and pains. The River Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the deli provides guests with delicious organic cuisine.
