Three Trees at Spionkop is set against the magnificent backdrop of the Drakensberg Mountains and overlooking the secluded Mfazimnyama Valley of the Spioenkop Game Reserve. The Lodge offers spectacular scenery, locally grown farm-style country food and superb hospitality.
There are various room types, including family rooms. All have verandas and have been elegantly designed to transport you back in time. The old-world charm of the lounge/dining area with its large verandahs makes for a perfect spot in which to wind down and enjoy nature. You will often dine outside where you can soak up the views while enjoying the exquisite local farm-style fare. A host of activities are on offer on site or nearby, from guided battlefield tours and hikes to mountain biking and horse-riding.
The driving time from OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) is 4 hours and from King Shaka International Airport (Durban) 3 hours.
