Located in 75,000 hectares of the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve, Jaci's Safari Lodge is situated alongside the Marico River and in prime Big 5 territory. Jaci's Safari Lodge is a unique, open-plan thatched area built around a huge termite mound and is popular with families.
With thatched roofs, low stone walls, canvas roll-up panels, private outside showers and viewing decks, the spacious Tented Suites seamlessly let the outdoors in. The main communal area consists of an open-plan dining area and lounge and provides guests with incredible views of the wilderness. Families and friends travelling together are well accommodated in the Safari and Nare Suite, they are large enough to sleep 6 to 8 people and provide their own game vehicles, plunge pool and guides. Jaci's Safari Lodge offers bush walks, day and night game drives and photographic, conservation and birding safaris. There's also the chance to spend the night in a Star Bed, a hide under the night sky, overlooking a waterhole.

holiday to Jaci's Safari Lodge
A very beautiful structure and the Madikwe reserve is exceptional. We had already had an experience with Mahlatini in 2011 at the Thornyboush Reserve, but this time it was even better. Friendly and helpful staff. Kiwi our Ranger was great!
I would give Jaci's Safari Lodge 6 stars if I could. It was amazing. We were upgraded to an amazing room with its own viewing deck and an upstairs deck with a bed for sleeping under the stars.
